Did someone say shopping? The boys thoroughly enjoyed shopping and spending their money, they’ve all bought something to help them remember this trip. https://t.co/dfGUm6BNew

As we looked at the lights in the far distance last night, we all reflected on our achievements of the week. We’ve missed home, conquered fears, laughed hysterically and not stopped running around since our arrival. We all enjoyed a ‘dance off’at the disco. https://t.co/gFYCm4aKNm

Good afternoon from the GIANT SWING! We’ve all had a chance to have a go and we have also tried archery too! Now we’re building up our appetites for fish and chips for dinner. https://t.co/NF2ZTd5cqi

Yesterday evening we all experienced Rifle Shooting and had a choice of curry or pork for dinner. This morning we were lucky enough to have a well needed lay in (wake up call was 7:30)! The boys have a very busy day ahead, it’s the BIG swing later on and the fancy disco tonight https://t.co/Hf6f4viNYH

Transition

Starting school is an exciting opportunity, we aim for children to become confident and happy learners as quickly as possible when they transfer to Merstham Primary School so we have put together the following information and guidance to support families during this transition period.

Exciting opportunities - we want to know all about the new children!

Summer Term - Getting Ready;

Stay & Play Session for parents & children Monday 24th June 2019 9.30-11am
Visit for children followed by lunch Tuesday 2nd July 2019                                10am-1pm
Welcome/Induction Meeting for parents Wednesday 10th July 2019 2.30pm

 Completing the Early Years Questionnaire (All about Me), is a great way to tell us all about your child, for example, their interests and important people in their lives.  You will receive a copy of this before your first visit and we would be grateful if you could bring this with you on 24th June.

If you have any questions or information you would like to discuss with Miss Bremner, Early Years Leader, please contact the office.

We would also like to invite you to our family BBQ event on 5th July 2019 from 6-9pm, run by Friends of Merstham Primary School PTA.  Tickets available via the school office.
